In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of Telangana, hereby makes the following Adhoc Rules for (13) categories of posts under the Administrative Control of Director of Medical Education, Telangana State, Hyderabad:

Clerk cum Computer (ii) Should possess a speed of not less than 8000 Key Depressions Operator
per hour for data entry work
(i) He/She is of sound health, active habits and free from any bodily defects or infirmity rendering him unfit for such service
(ii) His/Her character and antecedents are such as to qualify him for such service
3. Applicability of General Rules: The Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 which are not inconsistent with these Rules and to the extent not covered by these Rules, shall apply to the Service.
