LEVY OF CONSENT FEE FOR ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION / RENEWAL OF CONSENT FOR UNITS UNDER WATER (PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF POLLUTION ACT, 1974 AND AIR (PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF POLLUTION) ACT, 1981 BY TELANGANA STATE POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 64 read with sub-section (2) of Section 25 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Central Act No. 6 of 1974) and Section 54 read with sub-section (2) of Section 21 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (Central Act No. 14 of 1981) and in Supersession of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No. 7, dt.8.2.2018, the Government of Telangana on the recommendation of Telangana State Pollution Control Board, Hyderabad hereby make the following revise rates of Consent Fee by the Telangana State Pollution Control Board as follows;-

I. The revised rates of Consent fee for Establishment (CFE) are as detailed in Annexure-I to this notification.

II. The revised rates of Consent Fee for Operation (CFO) / Renewal of CFO of industrial Units are as detailed in Annexure-II to this notification.

The above revised rates of CFE/CFO by the industries shall come into force with effect from 12.02.2018.

In case of the industries which have paid the Consent fee as per the notification issue in G.O.Ms.No.7 the excess amount paid, if any, shall be adjusted in the subsequent Consent renewals.

The G.O. is also applicable for the industries which have already obtained Consents of the Board and the balance revised fee as per the present notification has to be paid from the date of issue of notification, i.e., 12.02.2018 onwards for the validity period of the Consent order issued by the Telangana State Pollution Control Board.

Note: Consent for Establishment fee has to be paid under Water Act,1974 and Air Act, 1981 separately with the above rates, if the industry is having both Air & Water pollution. If any industry is having water pollution only, they have to pay only one fee with the above rates. Similarly if any industry is having only Air pollution they have to pay only one fee with above rates.

Note:Consent for Operation fee has to be paid under Water Act,1974 and Air Act, 1981 separately with the above rates, if the industry is having both Air & Water pollution. If any industry is having water pollution only, they have to pay only one fee with the above rates. Similarly if any industry is having only Air pollution they have to pay only one fee with above rates.
