AMENDMENTS TO THE TELANGANA POLICE (INTELLIGENCE) SERVICES RULES 1994 AND CHANGE OF NOMENCLATURE OF CERTAIN CATEGORIES IN THE INTELLIGENCE DEPARTMENT.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the provisio to the article 309 of the Constitution of India and all other powers hereunto enable, the Governor of Telangana State hereby makes the following amendments to the Telangana Police (Intelligence) Service Rules 1994".

AMENDMENT

In the said Rules,

(i) For the words "Manager, Intelligence", wherever it occurs, the words "Analytical Officer, Intelleigence" shall be substituted.

(ii) For the words "Assistant "Administrative Officer, Intelligence", wherever it occurs, the words "Senior Analytical Officer", Intelligence" shall be substituted.

(iii) For the words "Administrative Officer, Intelligence" wherever it occurs, the words "Chief Analytical Officer, Intelligence" shall be substituted.

AMENDMENTS TO THE "TELANGANA POLICE (INTELLIGENCE) SUBORDINATE SERVICES RULES" 1999 AND CHANGE OF NOMENCLATURE OF CERTAIN CATEGORIES IN THE INTELLIGENCE DEPARTMENT.

In the said Rules,

(i) For the words "I.D Assistant, Intelligence", wherever it occurs, the words "Assistant Analytical Officer, Intelleigence" shall be substituted.

(ii) For the words "Assistant Manager, Intelligence", wherever it occurs, the words "Deputy Analytical Officer, Intelligence" shall be substituted.
