UPGRADATION OF THE KAMALAPUR POLICE STATION WITH AN INSPECTOR OF POLICE AS STATION HOUSE OFFICER (SHO) AND MAKE IT AS "D" CATEGORY FROM "F" CATEGORY IN WARANGAL POLICE COMMISSIONERATE - DEFINING THE JURISDICTION.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (S) of Section 2 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) the Governor of Telangana hereby declares that, with effect on and from the date of issue of this notification, the Police Station specified in Col.No. (6) of the below schedule shall cease to be included in the Police Circle mentioned in Col No. (4) and shall hereafter be a Circle Police Station with as Inspector of Police as Station House Officer as mentioned Col.No.(6) form part of the area of the Police Division, Police Zone and Police Commissionerate mentioned in Col.Nos.(7) (8) and (9) respectively thereof.
