CREATION OF TWO NEW POLICE CIRCLES AT KOSGI AND BHOOTHPUR – DECLARATION OF THE JURISDICTION IN MAHABOOBNAGAR DISTRICT.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (s) of section 2 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Governor of Telangana hereby declares that, with effect on and from the date of issue of this notification, the Police Stations specified in Col.No. (5) of the schedule appended to the notification shall cease to be included in the Police Circle mentioned in Col No. (4) and shall hereafter form part of the Police Circles, mentioned in Col. No. (6) thereof.
