DRAFT VARIATION TO THE MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT FOR CHANGE OF LAND USE OF THE SITE MIRYALGUDA MUNICIPALITY CONFIRMED.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause under sub-section (2) of Section 15 of Telangana Town Planning Act, 1920 (Act VII of 1920) the Government of Telangana hereby makes the following variation to the Master Plan of Miryalaguda Town, the same having been previously published in the Extraordinary issue of Telangana Gazette No. 180, Part-I Dated 23-06-2018 as required by clause (b) of the said section.
VARIATION
The site in Sy.No. 603, of Miryalaguda Town, the boundaries of which are shown in the schedule hereunder and which is earmarked for Residential use zone in the General Town Planning Scheme (Master Plan) of Miryalaguda sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No. 576 M.A., Dated: 26-05-1987, is now designated for General Commercial use for construction of LPG godown by variation of Change of Land Use as earmarked A to D in the revised part proposed land use map in GTP No. 02/2018/H available in the Miryalaguda Municipality, subject to the following condition that:
The applicant shall take prior approval from the competent authority before commencing the developement work.
SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES
North : Bye pass Road.
East : Open Land
South : Existing 40'-0" wide road.
West : Open land.
