ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF IT/INDUSTRIAL PARK - AMENDMENT ACT, 2016 (ACT NO. 21 OF 2017) IN ITS APPLICATION TO THE STATE OF TELANGANA.
[Memo No. 3601/IP&INF/A2/2017, Industries & Commerce (IP & INF), 2nd August, 2018.]
"In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec. 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the Industrial Park/Clusters in Siddipet District for acquisition of land from the application of provisions of the Chapter - II and Chapter - III of the Act. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project."
Accordingly, the District Collector, Siddipet shall take further necessary action in the matter.
ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF INDUSTRIAL PARK - AMENDMENT ACT, 2016 (ACT NO. 21 OF 2017) IN ITS APPLICATION TO THE STATE OF TELANGANA.

"In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec. 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the Industrial Park expansion at Adibatla (V), Ibrahimpatnam (M), Ranga Reddy District for acquisition of land from the application of provisions of the Chapter - II and Chapter - III of the Act. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project."
Accordingly, the District Collector, Ranga Reddy shall take further necessary action in the matter.

"In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec. 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the proposed approach road for establishment of Food Park for acquisition of land from the application provisions of the Chapter - II and Chapter - III of the Act. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project."
Accordingly, the District Collector, Medak shall take further necessary action in the matter.
ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF TIF MSME PARK - AMENDMENT ACT, 2016 (ACT NO. 21 OF 2017) IN ITS APPLICATION TO THE STATE OF TELANGANA.
[Memo No. 2772/IP&INF/A2/2018, Industries & Commerce (IP & INF), 2nd August, 2018.]
"In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec. 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the TIF MSME Park at Dandu Malkapur Village of Choutuppal (M), Yadadri -Bhuvangari District for acquisition of land from the application of provisions of the Chapter - II and Chapter - III of the Act. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project."
Accordingly, the District Collector, Yadadri-Bhuvangari shall take further necessary action in the matter.
