Proc. No. C1/12/2017. - In the reference 1st cited the Commissioner of Endowments issued orders for sale of 900 Sq. Yds of land with old building bearing premises No. 4-7-677 to 684 situated at Mahabhoopal Manzil, Jambagh, Hyderabad covered by compound wall pertaining to Sri Purender Memorial Charitable Trust under the provisions of Sec. 80 (I) (b) of the Telangana State Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions Act. 30/1987 a notice has been issued inviting objections and suggestions if any within (30) days from the date of publication.
Accordingly the aforesaid proceeding has got published in Telangana Gazette No. 62, Part- II, Extraordinary Dt: 21.04.2018. Wherein the Premises number was wrongly mentioned as 4-7-677 to 684 instead of 4-1-677 to 684 to an extent of 900 Sq. Yards situated at Mahabhoopal Manzil, Jambagh, Hyderabad. The Assistant Commissioner Endowments Department, Hyderabad vide reference 4th cited submitted proposals and requested to issue Errata orders with regard to premises No. published as 4-7-677 to 684 instead of 4-1-677 to 684. So as to publish the Errata notification in the Telangana State Gazette for sale of aforesaid land.
2 TELANGANA GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-II In view of the circumstances cited above, permission is hereby accorded for publication of errata Notification in the Telangana State Gazette as 900 Sq. Yards bearing premises No 4-1-677 to 684 situated at Mahabhoopal Manzil, Jambagh, Hyderabad which was wrongly published in the Telangana State Gazette due to TypographicalError.
Hence the following errata is issued for causing its publication in the Telangana Gazette as follows;
