THE RIGHT TO FAIR COMPENSATION AND TRANSPARENCY IN LAND ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT, TELANGANA AMENDMENT, ACT, 2016 - EXEMPTION FOR THE WORK "CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONAL ROB LINK ROAD IN WARANGAL TOWN LIMITS IN WARANGAL DISTRICT", FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE CHAPTER-II AND CHAPTER-III OF THE RFCTLA&RR - ACT, 2013.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA &RR (Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the work "Construction of Additional ROB link Road in Warangal Town limits in Warangal District", from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013 in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 10A (e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017).
The Chief Engineer (R&B), D&P, LWE & RSW, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
