PROHIBITING REGISTRATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES UNDER THE REGISTRATION ACT, 1908.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e) of sub-section (1) of Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908 (Central Act XVI of 1908), the Government of Telangana hereby prohibits the registration of any documents of immovable properties situated at the places stated and described below in the interest of Sri Ranganatha Swamy Temple, Nanakramguda village, Serilingampally Mandal, Rangareddy District:-
