POWERS TO FILE THE CASES RELATING TO FAMILY DISPUTES UNDER FAMILY COURTS ACT TO THE XIV ADDITIONAL DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGE'S COURT-CUM-XVI ADDITIONAL METROPOLITAN SESSIONS JUDGE'S COURT-CUM-III ADDITIONAL FAMILY COURT, RANGA REDDY AT MALKAJGIRI.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Central Act 66 of 1984), the Government of Telangana, after consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, hereby assigns the local areas as specified in Column No.(3) of the Table below over which the Family Court at Malkajgiri, shall exercise its jurisdiction:
