NO CONFIDENCE MOTION AGAINST SMT. GUNDLAPALLY HARITHA, PRESIDENT, MANDAL PRAJA PARISHAD, HAYATHNAGAR, RANGA REDDY DISTRICT PASSED IN THE MEETING HELD ON 13.8.2018 AT 11.00 AM AND SRI SAANEM KRISHNA, VICE-M.P.P. MANDAL PRAJA PARISHAD, HAYATHNAGAR, RANGAREDDY DISTRICT, PASSED IN THE MEETING HELD ON 13.8.2018 AT 2.30 PM-REMOVAL OF THE PRESIDENT AND VICE-PRESIDENT.

Whereas, a motion expressing no confidence against Smt. Gundlapally Haritha President, Mandal Praja Parishad, Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy and Sri Saanem Krishna, Vice president, Mandal Praja Parishad Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District was moved under sub-section (2) of Section 263 of the Panchayat Raj Act, 2018 (Act No. 5 of 2018).
And whereas, in a meeting for the purpose considering the above motion was held on 13.08.2018 at 11.00 A.M. for President, MPP, Hayathnagar and on 13.08.2018 at 2.30 P.M for Vice President MPP, Hayathnagar.
And whereas, when the said motion was put to vote, it was supported by (20) members, out of a total number of (23) members, and for Vice President, (17) members, out of a total number of (23) members, and thus motion was passed with requisite majority.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 263 of the Panchayat Raj Act, 2018 (Act 5 of 2018), the Government hereby remove the said Smt. Gundlapally Haritha from the office of the President, Mandal Praja Parishad, Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District and Sri Saanem Krishna from the office of the Vice President M.P.P., Mandal Praja Parishad, Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District with effect from the date of the publication of this Notification in the Telangana Gazette.
