AMENDMENT TO THE TELANGANA CHARITABLE AND HINDU RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS AND ENDOWMENTS COMMON GOOD FUNDS RULES, 2005.

FINAL NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 35 read with Section 153 of the Telangana Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 (Act No.30 of 1987), the Government of Telangana hereby makes the following amendment to the Telangana [ 1 ] G. 371.

Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Common Good Funds Rules, 2005:-

AMENDMENT

In the said Rules,-

(i) in rule 19, after the words "in question is " the words "published

and" shall be deleted;

(ii) for the rule 22, the following rule shall be substituted namely,-

" RULE 22: Matching Grant:-

No Common Good Fund Aid shall be granted to any institution unless the matching contribution of 20% is deposited by the institution concerned".
