APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS TO NIZAMABAD URBAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (3) of Section-3 of the Telangana Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975 (Act 1 of 1975) read with Rule 2-A of the Urban Development Authority (Hyderabad) Rules, 1977, as amended in G.O. Ms. No. 548, MA&UD (I) Department Dated: 29-12-2004, the Government hereby appoint the members to the Nizamabad Urban Development Authority, Nizamabad with immediate effect, as annexed to this G.O.
