APPOINTMENT OF PRESIDENT, DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM, MEDAK AT SANGAREDDY.

In the circumstances reported by the President, Telangana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad in the reference read above and based on the recommendations of the Selection Committee, Government hereby appoint the following person as President of District Consumer Forum, Medak at Sangareddy, subject to verification of antecedents.

The above appointment is made on full time basis. The President of the District Consumer Forum shall hold office for a period of five (5) years or upto the age of 65 years whichever is earlier. She shall perform the duties and discharge the functions in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 as amended from time to time and rules made thereunder. She shall draw a consolidated amount of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy five thousand only) towards honorarium per month during the term of office. The individual appointed in para -1 above, shall not be entitled for travelling allowance or conveyance allowance for attending to the office of the District Consumer Forum from her place of residence.
The above appointment is purely on temporary basis and is liable to be terminated at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
Before assuming the office, she shall file an undertaking in the prescribed proforma along with bio-data.
