EXEMPTION OF PROJECT i.e. "CONSTRUCTION OF HIGH LEVEL BRIDGE AT DICHPALLY- NIZAMABAD ROAD IN NIZAMABAD DISTRICT", AMENDMENT.

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA & RR (Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), and in partial modification of the orders issued in the G.O.Ms.No.09, TR&B(R.II) Dept., Dated: 07-02-2018 Government of Telangana hereby, notify the following Amendment the G.O.Ms.No.09, TR&B(R.II) Dept., Dated: 07-02-2018.

Read as
Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the project i.e. "Construction of High Level Bridge at Km 12/0-4 on Dichpally-Nizamabad Road in Nizamabad District", from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013".
Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the project i.e. "Construction of Minor Bridge with 2V of 10.37 m span RCC slab at Km 12/4 on Dichpally-Nizamabad Road in Nizamabad District", from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013".
The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) S.R&CRN Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
