APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL JUDICIAL MAGISTRATES OF II CLSS IN NALGONDA DISTRICT ON CONTRACT BASIS.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), Government hereby appoint the following candidates on contract basis mentioned in column (2) of the table below as Special Judicial Magistrates of II Class in Nalgonda District at the stations mentioned against their names, for a period of two (2) years, from the date of assuming the charge of the post or till they attain the age of (65) sixty five years, whichever is earlier, with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only ) per month, as per the existing rules:

[ 1 ] G-431. 2 TELANGANA GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-I The above appointments are subject to the following conditions, namely:- (a) If the individual refuses or does not join within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the

appointment orders, he/she shall forfeit his/her claim to the post of Special Judicial Magistrate of Second Class;

(b) They will be removed without being called upon to show cause, if they failed to attend three (3) consecutive sittings of the Court, without written permission of the Chief Judicial Magistrate.

This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (HRM.II) Department, vide their U.O.No. 006816/266/A1/ HRM.II/2018, dated : 12-09-2018.
