AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION OFFICERS, GRADE I AND II - INSERTED THE PROVISO UNDER THE RULE-6 (b) OF THE ADHOC RULES GOVERNING CONDITIONS OF SERVICES OF AGRICULTURAL OFFICERS ISSUED IN G.O.Ms.NO. 16, A & C DEPARTMENT, DATED: 21.01.2000 AND AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME FOR PROVIDING PROMOTIONAL AVENUE TO THE AEO's WITH THE QUALIFICATION OF B.Sc (VOCATIONAL) DRYLAND AGRICULTURE.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Telangana hereby insert the proviso under the Rule-6 (b) of the Adhoc Rules governing conditions of services of Agricultural Officers issued in G.O.Ms.No. 16, A & C Department, dated: 21.01.2000 and as amended from time to time, for providing promotional avenue to the AEO's with the qualification of B.Sc (Vocational) Dryland Agriculture in the Department of Agriculture only as a one time measure for the in-service AEO's as a special case.
Proviso
"Provided that the Agriculture Extension Officer, Grade-I and Grade-II who have possessed the B.Sc. (Vocational) Dry Land Agriculture, i.e., a three year Degree Course with the subjects combination of Dry Land Agriculture, Botany and Chemistry are eligible for appointment by transfer as Agriculture Officer."
