Under Rule 10 (a) of Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996, and in terms of orders issued in the reference read above, Sri M.S. Dilip Kumar, Assistant Secretary, TTWREIs under the control of Tribal Welfare Department is promoted temporarily as Deputy Secretary, TTWREIs in the scale of pay of Rs.46060-98440, subject to condition that they are liable to be reverted at any time without any notice and without assigning any reasons thereof:
The above promotion is also subject to the outcome of W.Ps/W.As/R.Ps/C.As/ Appeal etc., if any, pending before the Tribunal / Courts etc.
