AMENDMENT TO THE TELANGANA BREWERY RULES, 2006.
[G.O.Ms. No. 224, Revenue (Excise-II), 1st November, 2018.]
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 72 read with sections
16,17,18,21,22,23,28 and 29 of the Telangana Excise Act, 1968 (Act No. 17
of 1968), the Government of Telangana hereby makes the following
amendments to the Telangana Brewery Rules, 2006 issued in G.O.Ms.
2 TELANGANA GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [ Part-I
AMENDMENT
In the said rules, in rule 7, in clause (4), for the expression "Rs. 0.50
Paise (Fifty Paise only)", the expression "Rs. 1.00 (One Rupee only)" shall
be substituted.
