AMENDMENT TO THE RULES OF TELANGANA STATE JUDICIAL
SERVICE RULES, 2017.

hereunto enabling the Government, the Governor hereby makes the following amendment to the Rules in Telangana State Judicial Service, 2017 framed by the High Court and amended in Telangana Gazette No. 220, Part-I, Extraordinary, dt. 31.07.2017.
AMENDMENT
The existing Rule 11 shall be deleted and the following new Rule 11 shall
be substituted:
Rule 11: DISCHARGE OF UNSUITABLE PROBATIONERS:-
The appointing authority on the recommendation of the High Court may, at any time, before or during the period of probation or during the extended perior of probation, terminate the probation of the probationer and discharge the probationer from service on account of unsatisfactory performance or conduct or for any other sufficient reason to be recorded in writing and considers that the probationer is not suitable for full membership, after giving him one month's notice or pay in lieu of such notice.

AMENDMENT TO RULES ON THE APPELLATE SIDE - INSERTION OF A PROVISO TO RULE 33 B (3) IN CHAPTER III-A OF HIGH COURT APPELLATE SIDE RULES.
R.O.C.No. 169/SO/2018.- Under the provisions of Section 122 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the following draft of the proposed amendment to Rules on the Appelate Side inserting a proviso to Rule 33 B (3) in Chapter III-A of High Court Appellate Side Rules, is notified for information of the persons interested. It is notified that the said draft amendment is suggested by the High Court tentatively. It is further notified that any objections or suggestions to the said draft amendment will be received by the High Court from any person within a period of Two Weeks from the date of Publication of this Notification in Telangana Gazette and will be considered by High Court. Any kind of objections and suggestions to the draft amendment will not be received by the High Court after the aforesaid period.

Thereafter, the amendment prepared in the light of the Objections and Suggestions, if any, from any person, after due consideration by the High Court will be forwarded to the State Governments, for approval under Section 126 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
AMENDMENT
The following proviso to Rule 33 B (3) in Chapter III-A, High Court
Appellate side Rules shall be added as under:
"Provided that such certification of competence to assist the Court, need not be insisted upon, in respect of practicing Advocates who choose to appear as party-in-person."
