AMENDMENT TO SCHEDULE - VIII OF THE TELANGANA PANCHAYAT RAJ ACT, 2018.

[G.O.Ms.No.123, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (PTS-III), 31st December, 2018.]

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018 (Act No.5 of 2018), the Government of Telangana hereby makes the following amendment to the Schedule- VIII of the above said Act.

AMENDMENT

A) In the said schedule-VIII,

(1) In column (8), against Sl.No.409 of Column (1) and Jayashankar Bhupalapally District of Column (2), for the figures "13" the figures "15" shall be substituted.

(2) In column (8), against Sl.No.413 of Column (1) and Jayashankar Bhupalapally District of Column (2), for the figures "13" the figure "9" shall be substituted.

(3) In column (8), against Sl.No.70 of Column (1) and Karimnagar District of Column (2), for the figures "13" the figure "11" shall be substituted.
