SECOND TELANGANA LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY - ELECTION OF SPEAKER - SPEAKER TO ADMINISTER OATH OR AFFIRMATION.

I.-Under Article 178 of the Constituion of India, the Telangana Legislative Assembly has chosen on the 18th January, 2019 Sri Pocharam Srinivas Reddy (Parige), a Member of the Second Telangana Legislative Assembly to be the Speaker of the Second Telangana Legislative Assembly.
II.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 188 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Telangana hereby appoints Sri Pocharam Srinivas Reddy (Parige) who has been chosen to be the Speaker of the Second Telangana Legislative Assembly under Article 178 of the Constitution of India to be the person before whom the Members of the Second Telangana Legislative Assembly shall make and subscribe an Oath or Affirmation.
