AMENDMENT TO THE TELANGANA STATE INDUSTRIAL PROJECT APPROVAL AND SELF CERTIFICATION SYSTEM (TS-i PASS ) RULES, 2015. [G.O. Ms. No.62, Industries and Commerce (IP & INF), 27th December, 2018.]

In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 26 of the Telangana State Industrial Project Approval and Self Certification System (TS-iPASS )Act, 2014 (Act No.3 of 2014), Government has issued Telangana State Industrial Project Approval and Self Certification System (TS-iPASS ) Rules, 2015 vide G.O.3rd read above for implementation of the provisions of the said Act.
In order to facilitate the investors by providing investor friendly environment, mandated time-bound delivery of all services, Government vide G.Os.4th, 5th, 6th and 7th read above, issued certain amendments to Telangana State Industrial Project Approval and Self Certification System (TS-iPASS) Rules, 2015 and brought certain services pertaining to establishment and operation of the Industries.
In the Co-ordination meeting held on 11-10-2018 and the minutes communicated vide reference 8th read above, it was decided that timelines for processing Building Plan Application using DPMS software i.e., for Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) & Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) under TS-i PASS are to be modified as following by amending (TS-i PASS) rules.
* Pre-Scrutiny-7 Days (for issuing DC Letter) * Approval -7 Days (for issuing proceedings and approved drawings)
Total 14 days.
4. In the reference 9th read above, under Construction Permit Approvals, it was mandated to issue final completion/occupancy certificate is provided within 8 days (7 days for inspection + 1day for issuing the certificate).
5. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby issue
the following amendments to (TS-i PASS) Rules, 2015:
