ESTABLISHMENT OF STATE MENTAL HEALTH AUTHORITY UNDER MENTAL HEALTH ACT, 2017 (10 OF 2017).

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 45 of the Mental Health Care Act, 2017 (No. 10 of 2017), Government hereby establish the State Mental Health Authority for the State of Telangana, with the following ex-officio members and the other members will be added in due course:
