In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 26 of the Telangana State Industrial Project Approval and Self Certification System (TS-iPASS) Act, 2014 (Act No. 3 of 2014), Government has issued Telangana State Industrial Project Approval and Self Certification System (TS-iPASS) Rules, 2015 vide G.O. 3rd read above for implementation of the provisions of the said Act.
In order to facilitate the investors by providing investor friendly environment, mandated time-bound delivery of all services, Government vide G.O's 4th", 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th read above, issued certain amendments to Telangana State Industrial Project Approval and Self Certification System (TS-iPASS) Rules, 2015 issued in the reference 3rd read above and brought certain services pertaining to establishment and operation of the Industries, under TS-iPASS.
In the reference 9th read above, the DIPP communicated BRAP-2019, which mandates Professional tax to be included under TS-iPASS. Accordingly, the issue was taken up with the Commercial Taxes Department to indicate the timelines, additions to the TS-iPASS online Common Application Form and initiate the integration procedure with TS-iPASS online portal.

In the reference 10th read above, the Commissioner of Industries, Hyderabad has sent a proposal after obtaining the same from Commercial Tax Department for inclusion of " Registration of Profession Tax" under TS-iPASS with a time limit of (1) day and modification of Common Application Form to meet the requirements of Commercial Taxes Department.
Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby issue the following amendment to the TS-iPASS Rules, 2015 issued in the reference 3rd read above:
AMENDMENT
The following shall be added after Sl.No. 26 of Annexure-VI, Time
limits-Establishment.

The concerned Secretariat Department/HoDs shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly and the Commissioner of Industries, Hyderabad shall modify the Common Application Form duly metting the requirements of Commercial Tax Department.
