NOMINATION OF HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAGHVENDRA SINGH CHAUHAN, JUDGE, HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA, HYDERABAD AS EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN OF THE TELANGANA STATE LEGAL SERVICES AUTHORITY.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section (6) of the Legal Services Authority Act 1987 (Central Act No. 39 of 1987) as amended from time to time read with rule 3 (i) (b) of the Telangana State Legal Services Authorities Rules 2016, the Governor of Telangana hereby nominate Hon'ble Sri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan, Judge, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad as Executive Chairman of the Telangana State Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad, with effect from the afternoon of 14-02-2019.
