Under Clause (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India read with Sub- Rule (1) of Rule 5 of the Telangana Government Business Rules and Section 100 of the AP Reorganization Act, 2014, the Governor of Telangana allocates among his Ministers the Business of the Government as follows:
