TELANGANA LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL - ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA AMENDMENT NOTIFICATION FOR APPOINTMENT OF RETURNING OFFICER FOR RANGA REDDY LOCAL AUTHORITIES' CONSTITUENCY AND WARANGAL LOCAL AUTHORITIES' CONSTITUENCY.

The following Notification of the Election Commission of India, Nirvachan Sadan, Ashoka Road, New Delhi-110001, Dated 22nd February, 2017, Phalguna 03, 1940 (Saka) is published:-
NOTIFICATION
No. 155/TL-LC/2019 (1) :– In pursuance of the provision of Section 21 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification no. 155/TL-LC/2015 (1) dated 6th June, 2015, namely :-
In the Table appended to the said Notification -
(i) Under the heading 'III-Local Authorities' Constituencies'
(a) Against Sl.No. 2- Ranga Reddy Local Authorities,' the existing entries in column 2, shall be substituted by the entries "Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy"
(b) Against Sl. No. 8- Warangal Local Authorities,' the existing entries in column 2, shall be substituted by the entries "Joint Collector, Warangal Urban"
