TELANGANA LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL - ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA AMENDMENT NOTIFICATION FOR APPOINTMENT OF ASSISTANT RETURNING OFFICER FOR WARANGAL-KHAMMAM-NALGONDA GRADUATES' WARANGAL-KHAMMAM- NALGONDA TEACHERS' AND WARANGAL LOCAL AUTHORITIES' CONSTITUENCIES.

The following Notification of the Election Commission of India, Nirvachan Sadan, Ashoka Road, New Delhi-110001, Dated 22nd February, 2017, Phalguna 03, 1940 (Saka) is published:-
NOTIFICATION
No. 155/TL-LC/2019 (2) :– In pursuance of the provision of Sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 ( 43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification no. 155/TL-LC/2015 (2) dated 6th June, 2015, namely :-
In the Table appended to the said Notification -
(i) Under the heading 'I- Graduates' Constituencies'
Against Sl. No. 3- Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda Graduates,' the existing entries namely "2. District Revenue Officer, Warangal" in column 2, shall be substituted by the entries "2. District Revenue Officer, Warangal Urban"
(ii) Under the heading 'II- Teachers' Constituencies'

Against Sl. No. 8- Warangal Local Authorities,' the existing entries in column 2, shall be substituted by the entries " District Revenue Officer, Warangal Urban"
