RESCINDING THE NOTIFICATION ISSUED IN THE G.O.Ms.No.110, REVENUE (CT-II) DEPARTMENT, DATED: 29.06.2017.
[G.O.Ms.No.26, Revenue (CT-II), 06th March, 2019.]
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.23 of 2017), the State Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds the notification No.8/2017-Central Tax (Rate), Dated: 28.06.2017 issued in G.O.Ms.No.110, Revenue (CT-II) Department, Dated: 29.06.2017, published in Telangana Gazette, Part-I Extraordinary No.191/A, Dated: 30.06.2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of February, 2019.
