NOMINATION OF HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN, JUDGE, HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AS CHAIRMAN, HIGH COURT LEGAL SERVICES COMMITTEE, HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA.
No. 01/TSLSA/2019,– In exercise of powers conferred under Section 8-A (2) (a) of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Act No. 39 of 1987) as amended from time to time, read with Regulations 5 of the Telangana State Legal Services Authority Regulations 2016, the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of High Court for the State of Telangana and Patron-in-Chief, Telangana State Legal Services Authority, hereby nominates Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian, Judge, High Court for the State of Telangana as Chairman of High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana with effect from 15-02-2019.
