ADHOC PROMOTIONS OF CERTAIN DISTRICT SOCIAL WELFARE OFFICERS AS DEPUTY DIRECTORS (SCD) BY INVOKING RULE 10 (a) & (b) OF THE STATE AND SUBORDINATE SERVICE RULES, 1996.
[G.O.Ms.No.1, Scheduled Castes Development (Ser.A1), 06th March, 2019.]
Under Rule 10 (a) of the State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, and in relaxation of Rule (5) & (6) therein, the following District Social Welfare Officers are temporarily promoted as Deputy Directors (SCD), purely on ad-hoc basis, in the scale of pay of Rs.46060/- - Rs.98440/- in the Revised Scales of Pay 2015. The promotions are purely on temporary basis and they are liable to be reverted as DSCDOs (DSWOs) at any time without notice and without assigning any reasons therefor.
1. Sri J.Rama Rao, DSWO, O/o. the DSCDO, Hyderabad District.
2. Smt. D.Vijayamma, Assistant |Director (SCD), O/o the Director, SCD, TS, Hyderabad.
3. Sri S.Balasurender, DSWO, working on depution as Executive Director, O/o. the E.D, DSCSCDS Ltd., Rajanna Sircilla District.
4. Sri Md. Yousuf Ali, DSWO, O/o. the DSCDO, Medchal District.
The above temporary promotions are on adhoc basis subject to outcome of WPs/ WAs/CAs/RPs/OAs etc., if any, pending before the Hon'ble Courts.
This order issues with the concurrence of the GA(Services.B) Department, vide their U.O.No.12657/Ser.B/ A2/2018, Dated:6.2.2019.
