In exercise of the powers conferred under sections 7A and 8 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act No.14 of 1947), the Government of Telangana hereby place Sri S.Nagarjuna, District & Sessions Judge to the post of the Presiding Officer, Labour Court-I, Hyderabad and full additional charge to the posts of Presiding Officer, Labour Court-II, Hyderabad and Labour Court-III, Hyderabad w.e.f. 16.02.2019 Fore Noon.
