SYMBOL NOTIFICATION ISSUED FOR ORDINARY ELECTIONS TO MPTCs AND ZPTCs, 2019.

No. 1653/TSEC-L/2019.– WHEREAS, the State Election Commission decided to issue Symbol Notification specifying the names of the Recognised National Parties Registered with TSEC, Recognized State Parties in the State of Telangana Registered with TSEC, Recognized State Parties of other States Registered with TSEC, Political Parties Registered with TSEC with reserved symbols, Political Parties Registered with TSEC without reserved symbols and lists of free symbols in pursuance of Section 200 of the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018 and paragraph 10 of the Registration of Political Parties and Allotment of Symbols Order, 2018 as amended from time to time in connection with conduct of Ordinary elections to MPTCs and ZPTCs in the State;

Now, therefore, in pursuance of Section 200 of the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018 and paragraph 10 of the Registration of Political Parties and Allotment of Symbols Order, 2018 as amended from time to time, the Telangana State Election Commission, hereby, specifies:-

(a) In Table I, the Recognised National Parties Registered with TSEC, Recognised State parties in the State of Telangana Registered with TSEC and Recognised State parties in other States Registered with TSEC and the Symbols respectively reserved for them;

(b) In Table II, the Political Parties Registered with TSEC with reserved symbol and the symbols respectively reserved for them;

(d) In Table IV, list of free symbols for Member, MPTC.

(e) In Table V, list of free symbols for Member, ZPTC.
