AMENDMENT TO THE TELANGANA REGULATION OF ADMISSIONS OF STUDENTS INTO QULI QUTAB GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNIC IN THE OLD CITY OF HYDERABAD RULES, 1985.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 15 of the Telangana Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act, 1983, the Governor of Telangana hereby makes the following Amendment to the Telangana Regulation of Admissions of Students into Quli Qutab Government Polytechnic in the Old City of Hyderabad Rules, 1985 issued in G.O.Ms.No. 382, Labour, Employment, Nutrition and Technical Department, dt. 04.10.1985 as amended from time to time, namely:- [ 1 ] G - 57.

AMENDMENT

In Rule 3,-

1. The following para shall be inserted as sub-rule (iii),

(iii) After exhausting the candidates i.e. permanent residents of

Old City of Hyderabad, the general candidates other than

permanent residents of Old City of Hyderabad shall also

be considered.

2. The existing sub-rule (iii), shall be renumbered as sub-rule (iv).

3. The existing sub-rule (iv), shall be renumbered as sub-rule (v).

4. The existing sub-rule (v), shall be renumbered as sub-rule (vi).
