TEMPORARY PROMOTIONS TO THE POST OF JOINT DIRECTOR IN SCD DEPT-POSTING OF SRI C. SRIDHAR, JOINT DIRECTOR (SCD) AS DIRECTOR IN THE O/o THE DIRECTOR, TELANGANA STATE STUDY CIRCLE, HYDERABAD IN THE EXISTING VACANCY ON DEPUTATION BASIS.

Under rule 10 (A) of the State and Subordinate Service Rules (Revised Rules 1966), Sri C. Sridhar, Deputy Director (SCD), O/o District Scheduled Caste Development Office, Sangareddy is promoted temporarily as Joint Director (SCD) and posted as Director in the O/o the Director, Telangana State Study Circle, Hyderabad in the existing vacancy on deputation basis with usual foreign service terms and conditions laid down in the references 1st and 2nd read above with immediate effect in the scale of pay of Rs. 52,590-1,03,290/-, subject to condition that he is liable to be reverted at any time without notice and without assigning any reasons thereof, duly relieving Dr. R.S. Praveen Kumar, IPS from Full Additional Charge of the post of Director, Telangana State Study Circle, Hyderabad:-

The above promotion is also subject to directions/outcome of W.Ps/W.As./R.Ps./C.As etc., if any, pending before the Courts etc.

Sri C. Sridhar, Deputy Director promoted as Joint Director (SCD) in para (1) above, should join the post of Director in the O/o the Director, Telangana State Study Circle, Hyderabad within15 days from the date of receipt of this order. If he fail to join, or evade joining by applying leave or otherwise, within the stipulated time, he shall forfeit all his rights, both present and future for the post of Director, Telangana State Study Circle, Hyderabad, without any notice according to rule 11(b) of Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules.

The Director, Scheduled Castes Development, Telangana State, Hyderabad, the Director, Telangana State Study Circle, Hyderabad and the District Collector, Sangareddy shall take necessary action accordingly and intimate the date of joining of the individual to the Government.
