CONSTITUTION OF BOARD - NOMINATION OF SHRI SAMUEL PRAVEEN KUMAR, REGIONAL MANAGER, CWC, REGIONAL OFFICE, HYDERABAD AS A DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD OF TELANGANA STATE WAREHOUSING CORPORATION W.E.F. 15.01.2019 TO 14.01.2022, AND RE-NOMINATED TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE TSWC FOR THE PERIOD UPTO WHICH SRI SAMUEL PRAVEEN KUMAR REMAINS DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD OF TSWC UNDER WAREHOUSING CORPORATION ACT, 1962.

Under Section 20 (1) (a) of the Warehousing Corporation Act, 1962 read with Rule 4 and 8 of the Telangana State Warehousing Corporation Rules 1965, the Government of Telangana hereby nominate Shri Samuel Praveen Kumar, Regional Manager, CWC, Regional Office, Hyderabad as a Director to the Board of Telangana State Warehousing Corporation and also re-nominated to the Executive Committee of the TSWC for the period upto which Sri Samuel Praveen Kumar remains as Director to the Board of TSWC, as nominated by the Central Warehousing Corporation on the Board of Director of Telangana State Warehousing Corporation for the period of three years from 15.01.2019 to 14.01.2022 or till their successor is nominated.
