In pursuance of the provisions contained in sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, read with sub-rule (1) rule 11 of the Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961, I declare that Sri M.S. Prabhakar Rao, H.No.10-1-17/2, Shyamnagar, Masabtank, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500004 sponsored by Telangana Rashtra Samithi has been duly elected to fill the seat in that State Legislative Council of Telangana from Hyderabad Local Authorities' Constituency member retiring on 01-05-2019 on the expiration of his term of office.
