DECLARING M/s. TATA SIKORSKY AEROSPACE LIMITED (TSAL) AND M/s.TATA LOCKHEED MARTIN AEROSTRUCTURES LIMITED (TLMAL) AS "PUBLIC UTILITY SERVICE" IN TELANGANA STATE FOR A FURTHER PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR w.e.f. 31.03.2019.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub clause (vi) of clause (n) of Section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act 14 of 1947) read with the Industrial Disputes (Andhra Pradesh Amendment) Act, 2011 (Adapted by Telangana), Government of Telangana hereby declares the services in the 100% Export Oriented Units of M/s. Tata Sikorsky Aerospace Limited (TSAL) and M/s. Tata Lockheed Martin Aerostructures Limited (TLMAL) located at Export Processing Zone at Adibatla (V), Ibrahimpatnam (M), Ranga Reddy District as "Public Utility Service" in Telangana State for a further period of one (1) year with effect from 31.03.2019.
