APPOINTMENT ORDERS - CONFERRING OF SPECIAL EXECUTIVE MAGISTERIAL POWERS TO EIGHT (08) IAS PROBATIONERS OF 2018 BATCH AS EXECUTIVE MAGISTRATES.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act II of 1974), the Government of Telangana hereby appoint the following I.A.S. Probationers (under training) of 2018 batch specified in Column (2) of the Table below, as Executive Magistrates to be known as Special Executive Magistrates in the Districts specified in Column (3) for a period of one year from the date of assumption of charge of the post and confer on them, the powers under sections of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as specified against each in Column (4) thereof:
