NOTIFICATIONS ISSUED BY THE STATE ELECTION COMMISSION FOR INDIRECT ELECTIONS TO MPPs & ZPPs 2019.

No. 2163/TSEC-PR/2019-4:– Whereas, the elections to Member (Co-opted), President and Vice-President of Mulkalapally Mandal Praja Parishad in Bhadradri Kothagudem district could not be conducted in the two special meetings convened on 07-06-2019 and 15-06-2019 in pursuance of notifications issued by the State Election Commission in reference Nos. 2163/TSEC-PR/2019, dated: 29-05-2019 and 2163/TSEC-PR/2019-2, dated: 11-06-2019 due to want of quorum as reported by the Collector and District Election Authority, Bhadradri Kothagudem vide Lr.No.ZP/Elec/16-2/2019, dated: 07-06-2019 and 15-06-2019.

No. 2163/TSEC-PR/2019-5:– WHEREAS, in reference No.2163/TSEC-PR/2019, dated:

29-05-2019, the State Election Commission issued Notification for conduct of elections to the offices of Member (Co-opted), President and Vice-President of Chandur Mandal Praja Parishad in Nizamabad district. After conduct of election of Member (Co-opeted) of Chandur Mandal, the elections to the offices of President and Vice-President of Chandur Mandal Praja Parishad were not conducted in the special meetings convened on 07-06-2019 & 08-06-2019 due to non availability of seconder as required under Sub-Rule (1) of Rule 10 of Rules relating to the TPR Conduct of Indirect Elections Rules, 2018 as the Chandur Mandal is constituted with three MPTCs.
