"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section10A(b) in Chapter III.A of
the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana Amendment)Act, 2016( Act No.21 of 2017),
Government of Telangana hereby exempt Formation of 20 No. of Tanks/
Embankment from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of
the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013" as detailed below:-
