RETIREMENT OF DEPUTY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS ON ATTAINING THE AGE OF SUPERANNUATION IN THE CALENDAR YEAR 2019.

The following Deputy Chief Executive Officers of Panchayat Raj shall retire from service on the dates noted against their names on attaining the age of superannuation during the year 2019:

GHMC Hyderabad 2 TELANGANA GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-VII The retirements of the individuals notified in this order shall be without prejudice to the disciplinary cases and inquiries pending against them as on the date of their retirement and also subject to the condition that, if the disciplinary proceedings, if any, instituted shall continue against them under Article 351(A) of Pension Code and Rule 9 of Revised Pension Rules, 1980 even after their retirement.
The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment/the Commissioner, Rural Development / the Commissioner, GHMC, Hyderabad, shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.
