Under Section 15 of SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989, Government hereby entrust the conduct of prosecution in SC No. 85/2016 on the file of Special Court for trial of offences under SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989-cum-VII Additional Sessions Court, Ranga Reddy District to the Additional Public Prosecutor, VIII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Court, Ranga Reddy District.

The Director of Prosecutions, Telangana State, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter.
