In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 174 of the Constitution of India, I, E.S.L. Narasimhan, Governor of Telangana, hereby summon the Telangana Legislative Council to meet for its Fourteenth Session at 11.30 A.M. on Monday, the 9th September, 2019 in the Council Hall, Public Gardens, Hyderabad.
