DRAFT VARIATION TO THE KARIMNAGAR MUNICIPAL CORPORATION FOR CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM PUBLIC & SEMI-PUBLIC (PARK) USE TO RESIDENTIAL USE IN CHRISTIAN COLONY, KARIMNAGAR BELONGS TO KARIMNAGAR DISTRICT CO-OPERATIVE CENTRAL BANK LTD.

The following draft variation to the Sanctioned Master Plan of Karimnagar Town sanctioned vide G.O.Ms.No.760, M.A., 22-09-1983 & G.O.Ms.No.555, M.A, Dt.16-10-1998 and Published at page of part., of Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated., which it is proposed to make in exercise of the powers conferred by clause under section 11 (1) and section 12 of the Telangana Urban Areas (Development) Act 1975.
Notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration after the expiry of (15) days from the date of publication of the notification in the Telangana Gazette and that any objections or suggestions which may be received from any person with respect thereto before expiry of the said period will be considered by the Government of Telangana. Objections or suggestions should be addressed to the Principal Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, Telangana, Hyderabad.
DRAFT VARIATION
The site in Sy.Nos.1293 & 1294, to an extent of 1199.93 Sq.Mtr., situated at Christian Colony, Karimnagar, belongs to Karimnagar District Co-Operative Central Bank Ltd., Karimnagar the boundaries of which are as shown in the schedule here under and which is earmarked Public & Semi Public (Park) Use in the General Town Planning Scheme (Master Plan) of KarimnagarTown Sanctioned vide G.O.Ms.No. 760, M.A., 22-09-1983 & G.O.Ms.No.555, M.A., Dt.16-10-1998 is now proposed to be designated for Residential use by variation of Change of Land Use and in the revised part proposed land use map in G.T.P. No.4/2018 available in the Karimnagar Municipal Corporation subject to the following conditions that:

The applicant shall pay the Development & Conversion Charges for the site under reference as per issued in G.O.Ms.No.225, MA & UD (I1) Department, dt. 30-08-2016.2. The applicant shall not commence construction work without obtaining prior approval from the Competent Authority.
