2) Lr. dt: 18.07.19 from the Muthwalli and Managing Trustee, Sri Laxmanji Maharaj Temple, Laxmanbagh Raidurg (V), Serilingampally (M), Ranga Reddy.
Notice No.L3/7827/2019.-In the reference 1st cited, the Muthwalli and Managing Trustee, Sri Laxmanji Maharaj Temple, Laxman Bagh, Raidurg (V), Serilingamplly (M), Ranga Reddy has requested to accord permission for sale of the following lands situated at Raidurg, Navakhalsa (V), Serilingampally (M), Ranga Reddy District in Tender-Cum-public auction belonging to Sri Laxmanji Maharaj Temple, Laxman Bagh, Raidurg (V), Serilingampally(M), Ranga Reddy District.

After careful examination of the above proposal with reference to the references 1st and 2st cited above, notice is hereby given in terms of Section 80 (1) (b) r/w. Rules 2 and 3 of the Alienation of Immovable Property Rules, 1987, that the lands described in Para - 1 above are proposed to be sold by tender-cum-auction in the 2 TELANGANA GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-II prescribed manner subject to confirmation by the Commissioner and that the minimum expected price basing on the information obtained from the local Revenue authorities and the registration authorities is Rs. 12,000/- per square yard.
Any objections and suggestions in respect of the above proposed sale may be submitted within (30) days from the date of issue of this notice in the Office of the Commissioner, Endowments Department, Hyderabad and an inquiry to consider any objections and suggestions in this regard would be held on 18-10-2019.
