Under Section 15 of SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989, Government hereby entrust the conduct of prosecution in Cr.No. 39/2019 on the file of Special Sessions Judge for trial of offences under SC&ST (POA) Act, 1989-cum-VII Additional Sessions Judge-Warangal to the Additional Public Prosecutor, Family Court-cum-III Additional Sessions Court, Warangal.

The Director of Prosecutions (FAC), Telangana State, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter and communicate the orders to the concerned.
