EXEMPTION OF ACQUISITION OF PATTA LAND IN MAISAMPALLY (V) AND NARMETTA (V), NANGANOOR (M), SIDDIPET DISTRICT.

"In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10 (A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the Industrial Park at Maisampally (V) and Narmetta (V) for acquisition of land over an extent of Acs.52.07 gts. of Maisampally (V) and Narmetta (V), Nanganoor (M), Siddipet District from the application of provisions of the Chapter -II and Chapter -III of the Act. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project."
Accordingly, the District Collector, Siddipet District shall take further necessary action in the matter.
EXEMPTION OF ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR ESTABLISHING INDUSTRIAL PARK - AMENDMENT ACT, 2016 (ACT No.21 OF 2017) IN ITS APPLICATION TO THE STATE OF TELANGANA THE TELANGANA STATE LAND ACQUISITION (CONSENT AWARD, VOLUNTARY ACQUISITION AND LUMP-SUM PAYMENT TOWARDS REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT) RULES 2017.

"In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10 (A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the Industrial Park at Duddeda (V) for acquisition of land over an extent of Acs.28.26 gts. of Duddeda (V), Kondapaka (M), Siddipet District for expansion of proposed Industrial Park for the application of provisions of the Chapter -II and Chapter -III of the Act. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project."
Accordingly, the District Collector, Siddipet District shall take further necessary action in the matter.
